Details are not close enough to tell. I’m taking a guess, this could be either the blue field madder (Sherardia arvensis) or one of the bedstraw (Galium)? Flowers are needed to confirm or rule out both of these suggested ID. For now check out these links for blue field madder and one the bedstraw, the hedge bedstraw/false baby’s breath (Galium mollugo).
