Hello everybody! This plant is in Greece, its leaves look a little “fat” and has these bunches of flowers.

Laura, after your comment, I searched it in google with those names, Hylotelephium spectabile or Sedum spectabile, and from the pictures I saw, I believe that this is it. It looks very much the same. Or a very similar kind / subspecies. Thank you very much! Have a nice day.
