Notes:
Looking for the NAME of this flower. (found this pic online-owner of pic also unsure). I have called it “dragon tongue”, but I know that’s not correct. Mine are bloomed and done. QUESTION: When completed blooming, a hard seed-like remains on the stem. Are these seeds, and can they be used to grow more? Thanks

Maybe Crocosmia or one of its cultivars? Check out it out and see if you have a match. Information for the genus & the list for some of the named varieties from the included link below.
According to sources, it could take several years to flowers. And if the seeds were from hybrids, their flowers are not going the same as its parents. Also some of these could be sterile and won’t grow. It’s faster if you propagate from the corms. The second link is for how to propagate from seeds. Best wishes!
