Notes:
The nurseryman sold this to me, calling it a Bonsai tree. I want to know what species of Bonsai it is. Please help me.

Maybe something in the dessert rose (Adenium) genus. These plants are popular in bonsai culture. With out flowers, I can’t tell for certain which one is yours, and I’m guessing it could be in the Adenium obesum species (?). Check out the link below for further information.
