While on vacation I saw these. The temperatures are similar to where I live and would like to add them to my garden.

I want to add that Aloe variegata has been move to Gonialoe genus. A. variegata is now a synonym of G. variegata. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gonialoe_variegata

Middle photo- Maybe a species in the Calathea (?). If this is Calathea, flowers can help narrow down which species this is.
