It’s hard to tell for certain with out its flowers. I’m guessing a type of mouse-ear chickweed (Cerastium) perhaps? Wait for the flowers open, if it isn’t chickweed, please resubmit with photo of flowers. For check out Cerastium fontanum one in the genus. Click to enlarge.
