Notes:
Very slender tree with large waxy leaves. Found a berry on it today. It had 3 segments and each segment had 3 seeds within. Thanks!

In your previous post, I had suggested that, perhaps the tree in the photo was Pittosporum crassifolium (Karo tree / Stiffleaf Cheesewood). Now with the photos of the unripe fruits are shown here. In my humble opinion, it is likely still the same tree species . You can do a search for: fruits of P. crassifolium to compare to yours. http://selectree.calpoly.edu/treedetail.lasso?rid=1090
