Notes:
This plant has a beautiful yellow flower. The plant has long stalks that drape over when heavy. The green leaves are dainty and cluster like.

Agree with Bobby & Walter of this is in the Senna group. With the plant’s gangling/ droopy habit to my eyes and humble opinion this might be Senna pendula var. glabrata (?), common names include Valamuerto, climbing senna, winter senna, etc…. According to sources it’s often mistaken for another species S. bicapsularis. Check out these included links and see if you have a match.
