Notes:
Saw this growing in Vietnam as a small tree. Looks to be 1o-20 ft height. Lovely green color with yellow blooms. Would like to find out if it will grow in Southern California.

Maybe something in the Tecoma genus? The included link below is for one its species (Tecoma stans). According to this link this species does grow in parts of CA. Check out species in the genus and see if you have a match. If this isn’t Tecoma genus, make new post with photos of the whole tree and its fruits.
