Can anyone identify this flower? When I bought this plant 20 years ago it was tagged as forest gum tree. I Google it but come up with different flower.

I just walked outside and looked at an Eastern Red Bud and it is one. If it puts out purple leaves it is a variety called Forest Pansy.

Looks like a redbud tree to me. I’m on mobile and this site won’t allow me to link but do a search on the Eastern Redbud flower and I think you’ll find a match.
