Notes:
This is the second snake I’ve seen in my yard recently. I have no idea what it is. You can see it is small (those rocks are the kind you see in the gardening section of home imporvement stores). I am worried it could be dangerous to my dogs if they are it or if it bit them. Any idea what it is? Should I plan to take steps to get rid of them somehow?

look at the eyes.round pupil is non poisonous.

Eastern Brown snake Wonderful snake to find in your garden! Eats small bugs, worms and grubs. Makes a wonderful terrarium pet. Not poisonous.
