Found in a backyard in Maryland amid a search for something allergenic that is causing poison-ivy like rash. This one is not the culprit, but would be nice to get an ID. It could be some kind of volunteer cultivar, since the yard was recently inherited from a previous owner. Or maybe it’s wild?

Yeah, that was also one of my guesses. So many thorns on the stem. I guess that would be Rubus, not Rosa. Anyone have a guess at species?
