Without flowers & I can’t see the plant’s side views i.e. closeup of stems, main trunk…I could only speculate and suggest you check out the silver buttonwood (Conocarpus erectus var. sericeus) and see if you have a match. If this isn’t silver buttonwood, make new post with photos details as mentioned above. Click on images from the included link to enlarge. Again I’m only guessing here.
