There are no flowers to help for a confirmed ID, I could only suggest you check out these groups below. Best wishes! 1- A cultivar in the dumb cane plants (Dieffenbachia genus, possible “Camille”?). 2- Some thing in the pothos group (Pippremnum genus). cultivars in the P. aureum spcies with similar leaves include “Glacier”, ” “Pearls and Jade”, etc… 3- Maybe a varigated form of creeping fig (Ficus pumila ‘Variegata’ (?). https://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/60368/
