BEWARE – I had a single plant like this that came up in one of my flower pots over the summer. Let it grow to try & figure out what it was. Tried PlantNet with no luck. After it died I removed it from the pot and have been battling an blistering allergic reaction on extremities that were touched by the plant. Where blisters pop, new blisters are developing. One week in and still trying to soothe the itching.

Maybe a species in the copperleaf genus (Acalypha), possible the field copperleaf (Acalypha aristata Kunth Syn. Acalypha arvensis)? Check it out and see if you have a match. Click on images to enlarge. Best wishes! https://florafaunaweb.nparks.gov.sg/Special-Pages/plant-detail.aspx?id=5740
