Notes:
This flowering plant is growing along the road by my house. I’ve taken the picture to Pike and everyone is perplexed at what this can be. Maybe it’s not a native flowing plant to Georgia, but I would love to add it to my landscape.

Cleome, they also tend to take over since they self seed. If you don’t want them everywhere – start pulling them or sprinkle Preen to keep the seed from germinating. I just had to have some, and now consider the ‘the flowers from hell’.

It’s a cleome. I have some in my yard. I think it’s an old fashioned flower. They grow in sun and reseed freely!
