It is hard to certain with side view, but this might be a type of Viburnum. You will be able to know more when it blooms. Some of the Viburnums with leaves look similar to yours are Viburnum opulus (this has numerous cultivars, e.g V. opulus ‘Roseum’ and V. opulus ‘Nanum’). V. trilobum also has several cutivars, e.g. Viburnum trilobum ‘Wentworth’.
