Hello, my wife and I were out yesterday shopping and the mall we were at had the attached plants used for landscaping. They made a nice hedge/border. We’ve never seen anything like it. Can you help? Thanks.

Looks like a dwarf form of Cryptomeria-one called ‘Nana’ if believe. Have seen them before
