Looks a bit like ‘Cha Cha’ ( http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/img2769.htm )but it seem to lack the petaloid center. Do the flowers get more fully double? Whichever cultivar it is, it’s an Indica azalea or an Indica-based inter-group hybrid.
