i need to identify the Name of That Plant

My question is how to identify maple wilt? We planted a maple tree about 3 years ago and it has grown beautifully until about a month ago in late July or early August the tree has developed a circle of brown leaves that wilted and died. How can I be sure that this is maple wilt? I understand that the soil conditon will also adversely affect other trees that are grown in that area. What are they? Many thanks’ Gay Dickinson

That’s some variety of Passiflora (Passion Flower) but identifying the exact species or hybrid would be difficult.
