Notes:
Frilled leaflets, which bunch and softly frill at new growth, but fan out, more pronounced, wide, while also having leaflets growing upright, adding a sort of bristle to each appendage. 1 foot tall. Purple and green stock. Smells bitter.

Too bad the main stem is not clear enough to view, I’m guessing maybe tansy ragwort/ stinking willie (Jacobaea vulgaris)?
