Notes:
There are two different plants. The 1st is a creeper that grows about 8 inches high in a bed and seems to creep along the ground when unconstrained. The second is a variegated, non-flowering (in June) plant that seems to creep and lies low to the ground.

1st photo with white flowers- Maybe myoporum (Myoporum) genus? This might be a cultivar in the creeping myoporum parvifolium species ?
