Notes:
This is my rosemary plant. the entire plant has spots on the leaves. it is sticky to touch. please help to diagnose the issue and treatment. Or do i just need to pull it out?

Not having the plant in person, to my eyes this might be Sage leafhoppers damage (Eupteryx melissae)? Copy & paste the include link below for information of the species . Check it out and see if you have a match. Best wishes!
