Notes:
About 3 inches tall, succulent, sour. Three pictures, one of a single leaf. One of a handful I pulled out. And then, how it looked, laying flat on a table. It is growing in the lawn along with violets, dandies, clover and mushrooms. This central Jersey plot was part of a horse farm many years ago. I have eaten this to no ill effect. It looks like a sort of mesclun. it is TENDER, and tangy/sour (not really bitter or peppery).

Mr. Reeves, I am checking out sorrel now and look forward to foraging, and learning more. THANK you so very much. Thought it might be sorrel, or dock, so grateful. Gina Perfetto
