I have this spurge growing at the mailbox – concrete on all four sides. It can spread too far if given free range. The neon green flowers are one of my favorites.

More on cypress spurge. If this isn’t a match, please make new post with closeup of flowers & leaves. Thank you & best wishes! http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/PlantFinder/PlantFinderDetails.aspx?taxonid=280126&isprofile=0&

Details are blurry, I’m guessing this could be a species in the Euphorbia, possible the cypress spurge (E. cyparrisia). Check it out and see if you have a match. Best wishes! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euphorbia_cyparissias
