Found this in my pot outside my office. This looks like the plants in my home garden that I “think” are quinoa, but I am not sure.

I think the ones with smaller leaves size you asked about are a species of Chenopodium genus. I can’t tell exact which species are in the pot. You might want to look up lamb’s quaters (Chenopodium album) and quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) and compare these two.
