We have this lovely volunteer in our overwhelming lirope. I’d like to encourage it, but I’m not sure what it is, so I don’t know how to help it increase! Thanks for your help!

Thanks, Laura! It’s funny, I planted phlox a few feet away in an open space, but it didn’t grow there. I guess it likes being surrounded by liriope! Or perhaps the deer and rabbits couldn’t find it in all the lirope.
