This seems to be Acacia. It has many species. Or as said above Robinia.

It looks like something in the bean family (Fabaceae). So sorry, I can’t go further with out the flowers. For now, I’m wondering if this could be one of the hybrid of the false acacia Robinia pseudoacacia? Check out these varieties in the group.
