Hi Richard, with out its flowers I could only speculating here. To my eyes this might be something in the Crassula genus (?). If this is of the genus, possible from the C. capitela. Again, I’m only guessing. For now check out these included links for various species in the group. Perhaps you could give us an update when it blooms. According to sources ‘Campfire’, Balze or ‘Flame’ are synonyms of C. capitela. Best wishes! https://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/354826/
