Notes:
I don’t know the name, but want to know why leaves get brown spots and eventually dry up, but new leaves keep growing. In have tried adjusting amounts of water but nothing helps. It doesnt grow beyond a certain point.

The plant’s base is not in view, I’m taking a guess this looks like a type of Philodendron. Possible P. xanadu (?). Not having the plant in person, sorry, I don’t know the causes of its brown spots .
