Please help me identify this vine so I can combat it! My neighbors have let this grow wild and now it is leaking over into my backyard.

I would be inclined to call it a Trumpet Vine. Let one plant grow up a post and I think you will like it after a few years! Another name hummingbird vine, They love it.
