I am trying to identify the ground(s) that are in the picture. It has taken over the whole hill and I would like to get rid of them.

There two different vines in the closeup top photo. I’m posting information for both since I’m not sure which one you are inquiring for The one with lobe leaves – Maybe English ivy (Hedera helix)? The one with opposite leaves – Maybe Asian jasmine (Trachelospermum asiaticum)? Flowers would help quickly with ID. Check out the included link below for more information.
