Notes:
I’ve seen this plant many times before. Now I see it with purple grapelike berries. I ate some. They are mildly sweet. Saw this shrub at a hotel in Atlanta GA.

Exactly correct. I ate a couple handfuls of the purple grapelike parts and discarded the seeds. No I’ll effects noted.
