It looks like a small woodplant or a grass-plant. I can’t see its flowers or something that identify it.

Not able to see the plant side view, close up of its base, also without its height & location to help narrow down its genus & species. I could only speculating for now. I can’t see the branches clearly to be certain, to my eyes they appear to be woody (?). This might be a sapling of a species in the buckey Aesculus. If the whole plant look herbacous then it could a type of spider plant (Cleome). Again I’m only speculating, maybe you could give the above mentioned details in a new post.
