Notes:
The leaves are similar in texture to pumpkin leaves and are edible. It does not produce flowers. It sprawls and grows in concentric circles not upwards.

I’m only speculating here. These leaves look similar to a type of comfrey plant in the Symphytum genus. Link below with various cultivars, click to enlarge.
