Notes:
I have attached 3 pictures: one from the top of leaves, one from underneath leaves , and one of the actual shrub. This shrub is over 10 feet tall. It is in between 2 other tall Myrtles. All 3 get plenty of sun, but are very close together. However this Myrtle’s foliage turned yellow and started dropping leaves and losing flowers- this started in the top and is moving downward. The other 2 Myrtles are fine and are flowering like crazy. Does this shrub have disease/insect issues?

Please suggest a particular fungicide to treat cercospora on crepe Myrtles. Thank you.
