This is a Fluffy Pink & White stripe plant I purchased in early summer & it is in a potted Planter & has done well on my porch from Early Summer toNovember 2016! See photo I took on November 10, 2016! It is Beautiful! What is the name of this Plant? Is it an Annual or Perennial ? Thank you! Ms Carol
