Notes:
this vine is about 5 feet long with blooms about every 4 – 5 inches. it also has either a seed pod or a fruit on it. my daughter thinks it is a passion fruit, but i am not sure.

Actually, my rule of thumb is that I’ll tug gently on the fruit and if it comes off easily, it’s ready. If not, I let it stay on the vine longer.

Oh, wait until the fruit falls off and then set it in the window until it wrinkles slightly and it’s then ready to eat.
