Snails – In the Classroom
When I worked for the UGA Extension folks several years ago, I was a member of the National Science Teachers Association. In an article, they suggested that kids could learn a lot by keeping large snails in the classroom. We introduced this project to 30 4-H clubs in DeKalb County and had lots of fun experimenting with snail behavior and learning.
