I concur. You have a nice specimen of mahonia. Beware of the leaf litter those things will tear you up, and they do not wilt softly. Great statement pieces if you are inclined to transplant to any location. Beautiful and evergreen all year, hella some hard points on the leaf tips. Beware of the leaf litter !!! I agree, this looks like leatherleaf mahonia, a non-native invasive. This last I researched this plant, I found an article that said it is illegal to plant, transplant, or transport in Georgia USA.
