Notes:
I have a Kentucky 31 fescue lawn and can't identify this plant in the fescue. I am beginning to overseed and replanting fescue where needed. The roots are short and the plant comes out of the ground without much effort. The stems are like straw and feels coarse when walking on it in bare feet. Is this clump fescue? Dalis grass?
