To my eyes this plant appear to be a woody type? Trees & shrubs at this young stage are often hard to tell with out more clues to key out. I’m wondering if this might be something the wild cherry group (Prunus serontina, P. pennsylvanica, etc… )? Although I’m not confidence in this speculation. The included link below with information to key out some of the species in genus. If this isn’t wild cherry, please resubmit as this grow more mature with winter twigs & buds, these might help us to narrow it down for you . Best wishes!
