Notes:
This Dogwood is in a shaded area getting afternoon filtered sun. It was planted about 2 or 3 years ago to replace a Dogwood in the same spot that died from root rot. It has grown about 24" this year. These brown leaves showed up about a month ago. It receives about 3/4" of water weekly and has been fertilized with 10.10.10 and Holly-Tone this year.

Dawson Leaf Lover says:
Walter, I may have put too much fertilizer on the Dogwood. It has been watered every 3 day throughout the summer. Is there anything I should do to help it get healthy?

Walter Reeves The Georgia Gardener says:
I’m guessing that either it got too dry or there was root burn due to too much fertilizer
