Regrettably no. The leaves and flower/leaf buds (?) are too blurry to tell more. Is this part of a shrub or this only one twig/branch? I have some guesses, but I’d like to see more details. Please resubmit with closeup photos of the green growths in the axil, back of the leaves, and closeup of the twig’s bark. Thank you and best wishes!
