Maybe a cultivar from a species of mother-in-law’s tongue /snake tongue genus ( Sansevieria aubrytiana). Sorry, I can’t tell for certain which variety this is. To my eyes, it looks similar to one with numerous names ‘Metalica’, Metallica Siam Silver, Metallica Tenzan, Maolin, Sayuri, etc… Copy & paste the included link below for its image. Best wishes!
