Could anyone please identify this plant? It looks like a shrub. It is about 3 feet tall. It is growing in my neighbor’s yard and she does not know what it is and cannot remember if she planted it herself.

Maybe a species of mountain mint (Pycnanthemum)? I can’t see the flowers details clear enough to tell which species this is. I’m guessing the whiteleaf moutainmint (P. albescenes)? Copy & paste the included link below and see if you have a match. Best wishes!
