Maybe a cultivar in the Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica), possible the ‘Black Dragon’? Copy & paste the included link below and see if you have a match. If this isn’t a match, please resubmit with closeups of the leaves , flowers ( the tan clusters at the end of the branch/twig) and tree bark. Best wishes!
