Notes:

This is a tall thin tree and when it blooms there are tiny pink flowers. Appears as a parasol type tree.

    Are those flower buds or fruits? I can’t see the details clearly from this distance. If they are flowers then maybe a type of snowbell (Styrax)? Perhaps Japanese snowbell (Styrax japonica) pink flower variety? Cultivars with pink flowers include ‘Pink Chimes’, Marleys Pink Parasol, ‘ Momo shidare ‘, etc… Copy & paste the included link below for one in the group, the ‘Pink Chimes’. click on images to enlarge.
