Notes:
From the woods behind my house. Specimen is about 12′ tall. No other specimens in the area. Located immediately adjacent to a large mature tree so the two large tree trunks in one of the photos can be misleading. Leathery leaves so I’ve labelled it as a shrub. Have not observed it during spring/summer so I can’t comment on any blooms or seeds.
