I’m able to see the upper part of the plant clearly to be certains. It appears there are flowers buds (? ). These might be a species in the Nabalus (rattlesnake-root, leaves in this genus are variable. Copy & paste the included link below for one of the species, the tall rattsnake-root (Nabalus altissimus). If this isn’t a match, please resubmit with flowers photo. Best wishes!
